What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact our front desk, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer late check-ins?

Should you require a Late Check-In (after 6:00 PM), we’re happy to accommodate your request through our nearby partner, the Holbrook Hotel.

Simply let us know your expected check-in time and head to the Holbrook Hotel collect your key and complete the check-in process. Rest assured, the Hotel is conveniently located just a few hundred meters from the Holbrook Motel.

Is there parking available at the Motel?

Yes, we offer complimentary onsite Parking for all our guests.

Do you serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

Our partner, the Holbrook Hotel, serves Lunch and Dinner 7 days a week and Breakfast from Thursday to Sunday. We operate a complimentary bus service between Holbrook Motel and Holbrook Hotel. Enjoy the convenience of seamless transportation as you transition between venues, exploring the vibrant local scene with ease. Simply chat to our friendly reception staff when you arrive to arrange travel times.

Heading off early? Continental Breakfast packs can be purchased when you make your booking or from reception. 

Are pets allowed at the Holbrook Motel?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our motel. We want to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, and this policy helps us maintain a clean and allergen-free atmosphere.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, we provide Free Wi-Fi throughout the motel premises. You’ll receive login details upon check-in.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Our cancellation policy allows for modifications or cancellations up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details, and feel free to contact our front desk for assistance.

Are smoking rooms available?

No, the Holbrook Motel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or indoor areas. There are designated outdoor smoking areas available.
